Have you ever considered putting cauliflower in a smoothie? I tried it recently thanks to my all time inspiration Lee From America (and also because I’ve been experiencing digestive discomfort after eating too many bananas).  I can hear you saying “cauliflower in a smoothie?” but trust me it’s actually good for you and you won’t even taste it!

Without a doubt now, frozen cauliflower is my new secret weapon when it comes to creamy smoothies. Make this smoothie packed with warmth and the sunshine and enjoy!

• 1 banana
• 1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower
• 1 1/2 cup almond milk
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Blend until well combined and set aside.
• 1 banana
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/2 cup goji berry
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Blend until well combined and set aside.
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 frozen mango
• 1/2 small zucchini
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• a sprinkle of turmeric (for colour)
Blend until well combined and set aside.
1- Blend all ingredients on high speed for 45-60 seconds until very smoothie
2- Using a spoon, pour the smoothies, top with toasted coconut chips and edible flowers and serve immediately.
